Main Screen
The main screen layout below visually describes the simple philosophy of the Sales Rep. Analysis™ program by SareanSoft, Inc.™ The Customers, Salespeople, Principals and Engineers screens contain fixed information that is entered into the Orders screen to enable the user to retrieve information for Reports. Each screen is color coded for easy recognition. Information for any entries in the Customers, Salespeople, Principals and Engineers fields must be retrieved using drop down menus. Project information for each sales order is entered directly in the Orders screen.
Three buttons 'Help', 'Settings,' and 'Exit' are shown at the lower right of the Main screen. Help is based on the Windows format, so users who are familiar with this format should be able to access and open each Help topic. Settings are where your company’s physical information is entered and where the default setting of the 'house split' of profit is defined.
