Customers
Customers are defined as the company, institution or agency that writes the purchase order to your company. In addition to the Customer’s physical information that is stored in this field, an identification code consisting of 8 characters must be entered in the appropriate field. This code is used to retrieve that Customer’s records for Reports without having to enter the entire name. The code defaults to all capitol letters.
